  1. Creating an event and Reminder

To create a new event in your calendar, simply click on an empty time slot that is available, and enter in the details that you need. You can change what calendar this even goes to and the times of the event here as well. Then simply click “save” to add the event to your calendar.

If you want to add a location, reminder, or if the event will repeat, click on “More Options” and a page will open up. Here you can set reminders of an event before it happens, add guests to see the one event, and even put a description about the event before you post it.

  3. Sharing a CalendarNeed to share a calendar with a coworker or boss? Drag your cursor over to the calendar you would like to share and click on the three dots that appear on the right side and then click “Settings and sharing”. From there, scroll down to the fourth box that says “Share with specific people” and type in the email that you want to share the calendar with and if you want them to see the whole schedule or only when you are available/free. The recipient will get an email confirmation of which calendar was shared with them.
